Abstract
The Salonga-Lukenie-Sankuru (SLS) Landscape covers 104,144 km2 of the "Cuvette Centrale" region of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). Straddling the four provinces of Equateur, Bandundu, Kasai Oriental and Kasai Occidental, it contains the world's second largest tropical forest park, Salonga National Park (SNP).
