Abstract
This book covers first rules of jurisdiction, and second the way in which a civil claim would proceed in a number of the jurisdictions concerned and third with regard to the cost implications. These were covered in the 1991 UKNCCL Colloquium. Papers also focus on the special jurisdictions in contract and in tort, delict and quasi-delict. There are also papers from contributors representing the Dutch, French, German, Greek and Italian systems.
