About me

I joined the department from the University of Hull in 1991. I hold a BSc from the University of Aberdeen and a PhD from CNAA (University of Portsmouth).

Research (4)

Research Group: Consumption, Markets and Cultures. My current research is concerned with the marketing of fish in developed and developing countries and environmental issues affecting patterns of food and fish consumption.
