Abstract
The article presents a review of the "What Is Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)?" workshop by John Mathers of the University of Stirling. According to him, some of the illustrations were rather repetitive and seemed to be based on a trial and error approach. He asserts that the justification for the use of NLP needed to be anchored in a stronger theoretical and research base. He suggests that the concept of anchoring could have been given more emphasis by the presenter
