Abstract
First paragraph: In this study, we investigate the modeling of non-uniform axial translation of amino-acids in the collagen helix through the use of a Genetic Algorithm [1][2][3]. The aim of the study was to evolve a molecular structure that produced a simulated diffraction pattern with best fit to observed X-ray diffraction data.
