Abstract
First paragraph: Online arbitration is a new form of ADR, and there have been various problems in trying to apply traditional principles of international commercial arbitration to this new form of arbitration. Rapid development and the spread of telecommunications utilization has prompted research into the subject of e-commerce. The current article focuses on issues of online arbitration, including whether traditional arbitration principles can provide satisfactory answers to this electronic dispute resolution method and the potential obstacles facing users of online arbitration.
