Abstract
The aim of this review is to better understand the training needs of practitioners working in the field of post‐school financial capability support in Scotland; and the training provision available for different types of practitioners across a range of sectors. The review was undertaken by the Employment Research Institute, Edinburgh Napier University on behalf of the Scottish Government. The methods used include: a literature review; a survey of financial capability practitioners; and interviews with stakeholders in financial capability practitioner training.
