Abstract
First paragraph: Let c and ƒbe integers, c ≥ 1, ƒ≥ 0: a (c, ƒ)-group is defined in [3] as a finite permutation group (G, Ω) such that (i) G is (at least) c-transitive on Ω, (ii) G has even order, (iii) ƒ is the maximal number of points of Ω fixed by an involution in G.
