Abstract
This paper tries to explore the lapses in the quality of education from primary to professional after globalization. The paper attempts to focus on issues about the number of Management institutes, their intake capacity, quality of faculty members and the methodology of teaching. The paper finds that 77% of B - School grads are "unemployable". Testing 790 graduates in six cities, it was found that of the 3,900 recognized B - Schools in India, only 132 have been rated as "average or better" by the All India Management Association (AIMA), producing around 20,000 graduates every year who are not good enough for employment.
