Abstract
First paragraph: This review provides insights into the impact that The Lens programme has with regards to the workforce, organisation and social innovation. Based on a qualitative sample of participants from the public and third sector, this review reports on the attribution of various programme outcomes. The aim of the report is to provide The Lens and their stakeholders with in-depth insights into how effective the programme is in supporting intrapreneurship.
