Cubie in the Application by the Diocese of Glasgow and Galloway of the Scottish Episcopal Church for the Disinterment of Cremated Remains at the former Holy Cross Church [2019] SC GLA 33 and discusses whether human cremains should be classified as 'sacred' or more properly regarded as a species of res religiosa if interred.
