Abstract
The gendered dynamics of care have long been, and continue to be, a key concern for feminist scholars, particularly as responsibilities for care labour still fall disproportionately on women and are often devalued and rendered invisible. The essays collected here challenge the marginalisation of care and make a case for its importance, exploring the impact of gender on care across a range of media forms and examples.
