Morrison F & Tisdall K (2020) Scotland's Children Bill: why the law needs to protect the rights of the child when parents separate. The Conversation. 22.05.2020.
Abstract

But some families struggle with this, especially if there are issues like domestic abuse or other concerns about children’s welfare.
