Abstract
First paragraph: Since the establishment of the climate change regime in the early 1990s, climate change law has become one of the fastest evolving and most intensively scrutinised areas of the law. This ever-expanding body of international, regional, national and subnational law and policy has become the subject of a dedicated strand of scholarship, bringing together academics and practitioners from disparate specialisms.
