Research

My research focuses on the dynamics of the future of work, examining how modern work arrangements and technological advancements influence employee perceptions and reshape workplace interactions. I explore how differentiated HR practices, such as idiosyncratic deals (i-deals), impact fairness perceptions of employees who do not directly benefit from them, highlighting their broader implications for organizational justice in the modern workplace. In addition to i-deals, I am deeply interested in the intersection of artificial intelligence (AI) and its ethical implications, particularly its transformative impact on employment and workplace practices. As generative AI becomes increasingly integrated into professional work, it introduces significant ethical challenges and opportunities. My current work examines the implications of generative AI for professional roles, focusing on how it redefines the nature of work, reshapes perceptions of fairness, and raises critical ethical considerations for organizations.
