I originally trained as a Speech and Language Therapist and have worked in the NHS and third sector, mainly with adults with acquired communication disability. During my PhD I developed a framework to support person-centred goal setting for use in palliative care settings.

Person centred goal setting, palliative care, Alternative and Augmentative communication, relationships at end of life.

I am accredited to teach Sage and Thyme, Talking Mats and QELCA (Quality end of life care for all)
