Professor Dario Sinforiani

I coordinate the video production modules and teach on degrees in Film & Media and Journalism. I have taught practical television and film making since 2004, and have combined teaching with an active career in production

I have experience across the whole range of the production and post production process, and have produced, shot and edited on a number of factual and sports programmes for broadcast and worked extensively in the corporate market.
I am also an experienced trainer, having run short courses for a range of production and media companies, as well as developing and delivering courses on video content for multiplatform production to media professionals across Scotland.

I have been active in curriculum development with the Scottish Qualifications Authority, and spent a year as Manager of the Skillset Academy network in Scotland. I am committed to building links between industry and education and am making development in this area at Stirling.
