About me

Sarah has worked in various roles within the heritage sector and has experience of working in museums, archives and galleries with a variety of collections from fine art, costume, oral history, political archives to printing machinery.

Sarah is also the Museums Galleries Scotland appointed Accreditation Manager for Dunblane Museum. This role involves providing advice on all aspects of museum curation and the museum’s accreditation process. She is a chartered librarian and has an interest in print history. She is co-founder of the Pathfoot Press at the University which cross-divisional, cross-institutional collaboration between the University of Stirling Art Collection, the University of Stirling Division of Literature and Languages, and the University of St Andrews. Until 2022 she was Archivist for the Scottish Political Archive.

Sarah is a member of the Centre for Environment Heritage and Policy and the Centre for Scottish Studies at the University.
