Technical Manager with responsibility for Quality Control in the Nutrition Group with over 25 years experience in lipid methodology. I have responsibility for the development of chromatographic techniques and am trained in all aspects of complex lipid analysis including HPLC, GC, GC/MS & GC/MS/MS with specific focus on organic contaminants and Omega 3 fatty acid analysis in Aquaculture and Human Health.
