Research
My research focuses on organizational fairness, particularly in the context of new forms of work and fairness. I am also interested in the intersection of AI and fairness, as well as the current effects of AI on employment.
Teaching
I value inclusion in learning and prioritize student engagement, ensuring that all voices are heard and respected in the classroom. I teach Resourcing and Talent Management to postgraduate students, fostering a collaborative and dynamic learning environment that encourages critical thinking and practical application of knowledge. I am also a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (HEA).
