About me
Exploring Spatial Dimensions of Poverty and Inequality
Combining academic expertise in urban planning and geoinformatics with over three years of geospatial industry experience, I am passionate about leveraging remote sensing and machine learning to better understand poverty and inequality dynamics within the UK. My background includes a Master's in Remote Sensing and GIS from the Indian Institute for Remote Sensing and a Bachelor's in Urban Planning from the College of Engineering Pune.
I am driven by using spatial analysis to address socioeconomic challenges and committed to building open-source geospatial capabilities through blogs and community engagement activities. I believe using the latest AI/ML techniques with geospatial big data can revolutionize our understanding of complex issues and inform more effective policies and interventions.
