About me

I am a PhD researcher. My research is focusing on the mental health and wellbeing of elite athletes during injury. Specifically researching the psychology of sporting injury and it's impact on disordered eating and eating disorders in middle to long-distance runners.

Currently a teaching assistant/tutor at the University of Stirling supporting the Psychology of Sport module on the BSc Sport and Exercise Science course. My role within the module team is to be a seminar leader, create discussion activities, and seminar content.

Research

My research interests include athletes' mental health and wellbeing, psychology of sport injury, and career transitions in sport.
