Jan Duncan

I primarily chose the BA (Hons) Economics course at the University of Stirling because of its strong reputation, Stirling has one of the strongest Economics departments in the country. On top of this, I was attracted by the beautiful campus and the excellent sports facilities. I was also drawn to the University because I found the staff very helpful and welcoming during the application process. I have learned a lot of practical, applicable skills during my studies and I currently have the great problem of deciding between a masters degree and a graduate job. Furthermore, due to a great offering of societies and other volunteering opportunities, I've managed to build valuable interpersonal skills that are of importance in more or less any career you can think of.
