Harriet Talbot

I chose the University of Stirling because the course was one of the few that offered a business-led approach to sustainability. I really enjoyed the practical elements such as strategy development, consulting , project management and communication. It was great to approach these tasks with creativity and learn from other classmates. I now work at Unilever in the Global Sustainability Department strategy team. The sustainability landscape knowledge and practical skills I learned during my degree have allowed me to confidently put forward ideas and project manage these going forward. In particular, the experience I gained at Stirling working with stakeholders and external partners has meant I can build good working relationships personally and professionally at Unilever and in my future career.
