“These facts and traits about the University of Stirling are the main reasons behind my decision to study there,” said Evans. “In addition, I was fortunate to be awarded the prestigious Karen Napier Scholarship which reduced my financial burden.”
Evans is complimentary about the course he studied, the MSc Investment Analysis, explaining that it provided a “great opportunity” to expand his knowledge on key issues and current trends facing the investment industry.
He added: “The enormous level of support and guidance from course staff, as well as the excellent teaching facilities, undoubtedly added to my experience at Stirling. This has been instrumental in the personal and academic development I have observed in myself over the duration of the course. I feel privileged to have been a part of a degree course where a plethora of additional experiences complement the high-quality, theoretical knowledge and provide a more holistic perspective in issues of finance and investment.”
Now he has graduated, Evans, 25, is now hoping to embark upon a PhD.
