University labyrinth
The University labyrinth is on the north side of the campus, past Airthrey Castle and the golf academy. It is part of the memorial garden and the entrance gate is on the right, just before the entrance to Alexander Court.
Visit a labyrinth and right away begin feeling its powerful healing energy. Whether you are new to them or a regular visitor, labyrinths are great for meditation and prayer. The labyrinth is a place of quietness and peace.
Slowly walking the path to the centre of the labyrinth and back out again gives you time to:
- Slow down
- Still the mind
- Let go of everyday concerns
- Renew inner calm
