Student Social Media Ambassadors

Are you a budding social media superstar or a keen content creator? Do you want to share your student journey and boost your CV? Then we want to hear from you!

We’re looking for current undergraduate and postgraduate students from all walks of life who will champion student life at Stirling by creating exciting content for our English and Chinese social media channels.

The Student Social Media Ambassador role

Student Social Media Ambassadors work closely with the University’s Social Media Team to deliver engaging social media content. 

In this paid role, you’ll create content for Stories, Reels and TikTok, write blogs, take photos, make videos and take part in filming with our team.

The successful applicants will help create a strong sense of student community at Stirling by bringing fresh content ideas to the table from a student perspective. You’ll need to be comfortable in front of the camera as well as behind it.

You’ll be given training and support from our team plus lots of opportunities to get involved in fun events and activities.

Person specification

You’ll be confident using social media with excellent communication and organisational skills. You should have a keen interest in social content, photography, writing or video production, as well as being motivated to find fun, fresh and creative ways to engage with current and prospective students.
