Active campus

We have a number of great wellbeing activities that you can try and build into your routine. These include halls yoga, halls table tennis, informal and fun multisport sessions.

Events

Come along to one of unique and entertaining activity events, led by our student sports leaders. Our monthly events are a great way to meet fellow students, have fun and try new activities that are not part of our regular programme.  One-off events across the year include Raveminton, UV dodgeball and even a Taylor Swift Eras cycle event.

We take pride in helping you gain confidence and improving your wellbeing, but most of all we want to help you to enjoy exercise.

If you have a sport membership you'll get free or discounted access to many of our health and fitness activities. All the activities are also available to non-members.

Mental health and wellbeing

Your mental health and wellbeing is just as important as your physical health. The University's Student Support Services provide a range of mental heath and wellbeing services that all students at Stirling can benefit from. We encourage you to reach out to see what help we can offer.
