Our monthly events and activities are a great way to try something different, meet new students and have fun whilst getting active.

The student activity and wellbeing team will make sure you have everything you need to get moving in a easy way.

This Girl Can Night (Multisport session) Monday 4 November 19:00-20:30 Sports Hall 2 As part of the `This Girl Can` Campaign, we are hosting a girls only multisport session. This will be a chance to try out badminton and pickleball with other girls and enjoy fun music! Any questions, get in touch with kirsten.mullen@stir.ac.uk.
Taylor Swift Eras cycle Friday 29 November 12:15 - 12:45 Cycle Studio Celebrate the end of the Eras tour with a Taylor Swift themed cycle class. Your instructor will take you through a Taylor swift party while on the bike. Sing, dance and get your cowboy hats on. All levels welcome.
UV Dodgeball Monday 2 December  19:00 - 20:30 Sports Hall 2 Come along and try glow in the dark dodgeball. We'll provide the equipment and banging tunes. Bring something white or bright and get ready to glow.
Raveminton  Monday 27 January 19:00 - 20:30 Sports Hall 1 Come along and try glow in the dark badminton. We`ll provide the equipment and banging tunes. Bring something white or bright and get ready to glow.
Halls Table Tennis  Every Thursday 14:00 - 15:00 Juniper Court Social Space Social games of table tennis with other students. All equipment provided and all students welcome.
Halls Yoga Every Wednesday 11:00 - 11:35 Juniper Court Social Space Student yoga class aimed to calm your body and your mind with flow poses, taking in views of campus, tailored to all abilities.
Social Run Club Every Wednesday 17:00 - 17:35 Meet at Sports Centre Reception Run club is aimed at students who run regularly and are looking for other students to run with at a conversational pace. This will be led by a student activity leader and will be run over 5k around the beautiful campus. 
Student Walking routes Any time Various Multiple campus locations. View our campus walks. We recognise how important it is to keep active for positive physical and mental well-being. Our trail routes are a great way to get fit and healthy and make the most of our beautiful campus all year round, whether you’re walking, jogging or running.
