Technogym Training App

In partnership with Technogym, our students can access the Technogym Training App to track activity, create fitness plans, and choose from a library of workouts.

What can I do with the Technogym Training App?

With the Technogym Training App, you can:

  • track all your activity in one place;
  • train at your own pace with an extensive library of routines;
  • create personalised precision programmes;
  • fuel your mind with the wellness magazine;
  • design and store your workout plans;
  • access virtual cycle classes;
  • challenge yourself;
  • find your calm with mediation;
  • connect apps and devices.

 

How do I sign up?

Follow the link below to scan the QR code and download the Technogym Training App. If you previously had a MyWellness account you don't need to re-register.

How to get started

Once you've downloaded the app, make sure you are linked to our facility to get access to all the features and engage with our fitness team.

  1. Open the Technogym App
  2. Click on your Profile
  3. Click Your facilities
  4. Click the + icon
  5. Add a facility by scanning the UOS QR code or enter the facility code: uossport

Track your progress with MOVEs

Technogym has created MOVEs and MOVERGY to help track activity levels.

MOVEs are a unit for objectively measuring how active you are based on the exercise you do, whatever your gender, age or fitness level. To be healthy you should aim to do 1000 MOVEs per day.

How to collect MOVEs

On the equipment

When using Technogym equipment in the facility, log in using the QR code on the top right-hand side of the equipment screen.

Connect

Connect a range of apps and devices to synchronise your data and activities that are tracked elsewhere.

Do it yourself

Enjoy the freedom of building your own cardio, strength and bodyweight workouts. Quickly and easily select from hundreds of exercises and pieces of equipment, set your parameters, and track your progress over time. You can also log sports sessions and fitness class activities.

Train outdoors

Use the GPRS tracker within the app to log runs, hikes, walks or cycles. Set yourself a goal (time, distance, calories) and the tracker will keep you updated on your progress. 

Don't forget to end your workout when you are done.
