Gym induction

Before your first visit to the University of Stirling Sport gym, we ask that you watch our gym induction video below for key information about using our facilities correctly and safely.

Our video covers the most important aspects of your visit but, if you are unsure about anything or would like further information or a demonstration of particular pieces of equipment, please contact us via reception (01786 466900 / sportreception@stir.ac.uk) or speak to one of the fitness team when you are in the facility.

As an individual you are responsible for your health and wellbeing when using our facilities and should not exercise beyond your own abilities.
