For postgraduate students starting in January, the contracts run for 51 weeks. This means you can stay in your room over the Christmas holiday period if necessary.

Applying for accommodation

You can apply for postgraduate accommodation as long as you have received and accepted a conditional or unconditional offer to study at the University. To confirm your place in accommodation, you'll be required to pay a £300 rent pre-payment which is then deducted from your first rent payment. The postgraduate accommodation contract is for 51 weeks for students starting in January 2025.
