Overview
A £7.5 million refurbishment of H H Donnelly House student accommodation was completed in 2025. All of the bedrooms have been refreshed with new flooring, decoration, fixtures, and furniture. The kitchens and bathrooms throughout the building were replaced with modern fittings, together with lighting and fire alarm systems.
On offer is a range of 2–5 bedroom flats spread over four floors. Each flat has an open plan kitchen/dining/sitting area, shower room and some individual bedrooms have a wash hand basin.
