As part of our commitment to attracting the very best students to join our diverse student community, we are delighted to offer the Stirling Success Scholarship to eligible students from England, Wales, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland.
The Stirling Success Scholarship provides a £2,500 cash award in Year 1 to all undergraduate students from England, Wales, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland who enrol as a student on a course delivered at the University's Stirling campus.
In addition, students will be provided with a one-year £500 package of Sports Centre membership and credit at our eateries on campus. Students who successfully progress from Year 1 to their Honours year will also receive the Success Cash Award of £2,000 at the start of Year 4.
Students will also be guaranteed a place in University-managed accommodation during their first year if they apply by 31 August.
Eligibility and availability
- You must be classed as a student from England, Wales, Northern Ireland or Republic of Ireland for tuition fee purposes.
- You must have received an offer of admissions for an eligible undergraduate programme at the University of Stirling starting in September 2026 or January 2027.
- You must be a full-time student.
- This scholarship is only available to students studying at our Stirling campus.
- You must take up your place and enrol on your course at the University.
- This scholarship can be combined with the Sports Scholarship.
- Students who join the University of Stirling through advanced entry, will be eligible to receive the Year 1 part of the Stirling Success Scholarship only.
How to apply
Students will automatically be identified as part of the admissions process. No separate application is required for this award.
