Friends and families of the students graduating from the University of Stirling this week will be able to watch every proud moment of their day, as the ceremonies will be broadcast live on the University website.
Over 1300 students will cross the stage in the National Tennis Centre to receive their degree certificates on 29 and 30 June. With ticket numbers limited, the move by the University to webcast the ceremony live will allow people around the world to join the celebrations.
It will also mean the speeches of the honorary graduates, including football coach Sir Alex Ferguson, will be accessible to a much wider audience.
Dr James Naughtie, Chancellor of the University, will also present honorary doctorates to Professor Karl Butzer of the University of Texas, Professor Ian Aitken OBE and Lord McFall of Alcluith.
