Over the past 30 years, Professor Cele Otnes has established a worldwide academic reputation in consumer research. She has published research in the Journal of Consumer Research, Journal of Consumer Psychology, Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science and Journal of Service Research.

She has edited/co-authored multiple books and organised a number of conferences in consumer research. She is co-editor with Russell W. Belk of the forthcoming Handbook of Qualitative Research Methods in Marketing, 2nd ed.

During her visit, she will lead several events including II Symposium on Current Trends in Consumer Research and how to write effectively to publish research in top journals.
