Join us for a relaxing day of yoga and mindfulness at the beautiful University of Stirling campus.

Based in tranquil settings, you'll enjoy a full programme of yoga sessions, covering a variety of styles, as well as breathwork and meditation activities, all led by our highly-qualified team of instructors.

Join in with as many or as little sessions as you desire – this is your day to relax!

You will also receive a luxury welcome pack as a memento of your visit. Lunch, tea and coffee are provided.

Morning breathwork with Jacqueline

Experience a variety of breathing techniques to empower you to build your own practice and achieve increased energy and mental strength.

10.45 - 11.10

Sun salutations with Lucy

A sun salutation flow to wake the body up with Lucy, she will guide you through the flow at a slow speed and gradually speed up as you start to learn the flow.

11.10 - 11.45

Tea/coffee break including an essential oils taster class with guest therapist Gill

Learn what are essential oils and how they work, and learn different ways you can incorporate essentials oils into your routine.

11.45 - 12.15

Loch side yoga (weather dependant) or Yin yoga with Eve

This will be a very slow restorative practice, calming the body and mind.

12.15 - 13.30 Lunch break/free time
13.30 - 14.15

Vinyasa yoga with Jenny

Jenny guides a mindful Vinyasa flow class to help you find your centre. Move through postures to build strength and flexibility. Breathe deeply to calm your mind. Unwind and reconnect with your body through mindful movement.

14.15 - 15.20 Tea break
15.20 - 16.30

Restorative hatha yoga, guided meditation, relaxation session with Eve

Restore your body and mind with this deep relaxation practice. You'll hold stretches for longer periods of time and prepare for a floating on a cloud meditation. You enter the deep states of conscious relaxation. It is a systematic practice of moving awareness from our external world to the inner world.
