Careers Essentials: Improving your CV and job application

An effective CV is a crucial element of the application process and, with so much conflicting advice out there, it can be hard to know how to get it right. Your qualified Careers Consultant will share their expertise and by the end of the session you can expect to:

• understand what UK recruiters are looking for in a CV and job application,
• recognise weaknesses in your CV,
• apply strategies to strengthen your CV for your next job application.
