Health and Safety training

Staff can access all of our Health and Safety training courses.

Safety, fire and environment

The online health and safety inductions, which includes fire safety, hybrid working and environment are mandatory for all staff and should be completed within the first week of employment.  These courses should be repeated every 3 years.

To access the mandatory health and safety training on WorkRite, follow these instructions:-

To log onto WorkRite, use the link via the main Portal page, under the heading My Staff Life’ - ‘I want to…’ select the ‘Health & Safety Training (WorkRite)’ link. You should only use this link to access your H&S training. You should not be asked for a password to log into WorkRite as we use the single sign-on for this site and you may get locked out if attempting to use a password.

If your session ‘times out’, you will need to log back in using the main portal page again, no password or username is needed due to single sign on.

Once you log onto the Health and Safety Training (WorkRite) link you will be presented with a TNA (Training Needs Analysis), which will identify any training relevant to the nature of your work.
