Pam Crawford is the Head of the Careers and Employability Service (CES) at the University of Stirling. Pam started her career as a professional Careers Adviser with local authorities and specialist projects prior to working in Higher Education (HE). She has worked in Impact Evaluation project roles in other HE institutions and set up her own business in 2016 as a careers consultant and quality standards assessor for the Matrix Standard. Being self-employed has provided great insight into the diverse employment, training and education sector throughout the UK.
Pam is an experienced strategic and operational manager within Higher Education (HE) with a focus on managing projects and teams in relation to employability, business partnership and engagement with education, the development of career management skills and approaches to impact and evaluation.
