The University of Stirling’s Enterprise Programme enables students, staff, recent alumni, and eligible community founders to realise their entrepreneurial potential, gain skills, drive innovation, develop commercial solutions, and make a positive difference through business creation.
Support for start-ups and entrepreneurs
Our programme supports individuals to translate learning, teaching, and research outcomes into real world impact through our comprehensive services and vibrant founder community. You can access a range of training, events, services, networking, and funding opportunities to develop entrepreneurial skills, test ideas, create and grow new business ventures, and commercialise research.
Whether you’re just starting your entrepreneurial journey or looking to get your business off the ground, the Enterprise Programme is here to support.
Supporting sustainable, inclusive growth across the region
Through its delivery of a range of transformational programmes within the Stirling and Clackmannanshire City Region Deal, the University of Stirling’s Enterprise Team works closely with colleagues and stakeholders to support business start-up activity within the region.
The first of these programmes in delivery is Scotland’s International Environment Centre (SIEC). Through innovation and partnership, SIEC will deliver transformational change in sustainable business practice, positioning the protection and enhancement of our natural resources as an enabler of economic prosperity, wellbeing, and a just transition to a net zero future.
