If your organisation or business has operations in Stirling, we can help you reduce your carbon impact with a net zero plan. This is not just about the urgency of tackling the climate crisis. It's also good business because our net zero support can help you reduce costs, access funding and ensure legal compliance.
Why a net zero plan is just good business
All businesses must plan for and play their part in helping Scotland meet legislated targets of being net zero by 2045. However, it's not just about corporate social responsibility or resource efficiency. Developing a net zero plan can unlock all kinds of benefits for your business.
- In the near future, funders may not release funds unless you can evidence that you have a net zero commitment and plans in place. When tendering for business an environmental policy is no longer enough.
- Gain a competitive edge to secure and retain contracts given the mounting pressure to work with suppliers with a net zero strategy.
- A third of consumers actively seek out brands with sustainable and ethical credentials so a net zero plan will help you attract new customers.
- Identify carbon hotspots to make carbon reductions, efficiencies and carbon savings.
- Reduce your risk of energy supply and security.
- Ease reporting for compliance, such as Streamlined Energy and Carbon Reporting (SECR).
- Allow you to access future funding.
